Preppy Morgan Stanley private wealth manager John C. Kelly secretly filmed sexual encounters with three women in his E. 69th St. pad between September 2011 and December 2012, prosecutors said Friday night.

“In this case, the defendant videotaped three unrelated women while they were performing sexual acts on him in his home,” prosecutor Siobhan Carthy said at the finance big’s arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court.

The alleged incidents involved the women at separate times.
The accused perv, a Williams College graduate who has worked for Morgan Stanley for nearly a decade, is charged with three felony counts of unlawful surveillance in the second degree. He faces a maximum of four years in prison on each count.

“Defendant did surreptitiously video record informant engaged in sexual contact with defendant and such images show informant’s breasts,” according to the complaint. The victim “did not consent to such images being recorded and defendant did not have permission or authority to record or possess such images.”

Footage of the second alleged victim shows her “breasts, vagina and buttocks,” and the third woman’s breasts were also recorded.

Kelly’s attorney, Robert Gottlieb, said his client’s record is spotless.

He has “no arrests, no problems with the law, and an exemplary background,” Gottlieb said.

One of the women allegedly burglarized Kelly’s apartment, trashing it and pouring soda on his computer. She was arrested, but the case is expected to be dismissed.

Kelly posted bail — which was set at $15,000 bond or $5,000 cash — and left the courthouse Friday night. He was ordered to surrender his passport to prosecutors.
